| Returns and exchanges | If an item is faulty, wrongly shipped or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange or refund it at our cost. For items shipped outside Japan, contact us before returning anything; we will specify the carrier, and we cover the return shipping. How ordering works
Some parts are not bought and paid for straight from the cart. We first confirm fitment to your car, whether the part can be exported, the packed size and the shipping cost to your address, and send payment instructions once all of that is settled. You owe nothing until that point.
Applying for a fitment check — for ECU products, for example — is not an order. We review your vehicle details, tell you whether the work is possible, and then explain how to buy.
