DOMESTIC SHIPPING
DELIVERY
IN JAPAN.
NOVEL selects the carrier according to the product and destination. Customers cannot specify a carrier.
HOKKAIDO / OKINAWA
北海道は1,500円、沖縄は1,800円（いずれもTax included）です。
REMOTE ISLANDS
For remote islands outside Hokkaido and Okinawa, we may review the postal code and address and switch the order to a shipping quote.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Multiple items are calculated from packed weight and size. Orders exceeding carrier limits are switched to a shipping quote.
CARRIER
NOVEL selects Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express as the carrier.
TRACKING
After dispatch, the carrier and tracking number are sent by email in Japanese or English.
